What is K-Rend?
K-Rend is one of the UK's most specified render brands, offering through-coloured silicone and monocouche systems. It's a factory-batched, cement-free or low-cement system that's flexible, breathable and water-repellent — a big step up from traditional sand and cement.
K-Rend colours
The K-Rend colour chart runs from classic whites and creams through stone greys to contemporary anthracite shades. Popular choices on Yorkshire homes include soft whites and warm creams that sit well alongside gritstone and limestone, with darker greys growing on extensions and new-builds. Because the colour is through-body, it never needs painting.

Silicone vs K-Rend monocouche
K-Rend's silicone topcoat systems resist algae and green staining best — ideal for north-facing and exposed Pennine elevations. Their monocouche (scraped) finishes are cost-effective and through-coloured but can show staining on shaded walls over time.
